Salty C: Exchanges, Returns, Refunds and Our Privacy Policy and Shipping Policy



Salty C will replace items:

-If they are defective or damaged on arrival. You have 1 week (5 working days) from receiving the parcel, to notify us that the item received is faulty. We will then arrange to get the faulty item back to us and replace it (or refund you if the item is no longer in stock/available). All courier fees involved here will be on us.

-If you have ordered the wrong size, or you don’t love the item you have bought and would like to exchange it for the correct size or something else you prefer we can arrange it for you although all courier fees involved in your exchange will be at your own expense. You have 2 weeks (10 working days) to notify us that you would like to exchange the product.




The Salty C return policy lasts 2 weeks (14 days/10 working days). You can return anything in this time frame, and we will issue you a refund. If more than 10 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging. To return an item/s, you will need to notify us of the item/s being returned via email ( You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Refunds (if applicable)

Once your returned item/s have been delivered back to us, and have been fully inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that they have been received. Please make sure that your name and contact details/email are CLEARLY marked on the bag. If your returned item/s are approved (in selling condition) we will contact you for bank details for an EFT.


PLEASE NOTE: items on SALE are not eligible for refund. Only regular priced items may be refunded.
